Please read entirely before filling out a quote form or commissioning me.

General

• Must be 18+ to commission. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian may order for you. 
• A digital reference sheet of your character is required.
• I do not do deadlines / rush orders. Time to complete a commission may vary, I can only offer estimations. 
• I have a cat in my home, if you have allergies please keep this in mind.
• I reserve the right to refuse service if the client does not follow my TOS, is offensive, does not communicate, or makes me uncomfortable.

Payment

• All payments are through Paypal, through an invoice.
• No refunds! Please ensure you have money saved for personal emergencies. 
• I take payment plans as long as a non refundable 30% deposit of the total cost is paid. Payment plans must be completed within 3 months. 
• If a commissioner ghosts / doesn’t respond / doesn’t complete payment I have full rights to alter the commission and sell it.

Shipping

• You are required to pay shipping fees. Shipping is calculated after the costume is made, so please account for that! All packages will have tracking and shipping insurance.
• I am not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen products.

Repairs and Warranty

• Your commission will have a warranty of 6 months. This includes parts that break, seams that come undone, or any tears in fabric. You must pay shipping in order to receive free repairs. All parts must be clean before sending them in for repairs.

After Receiving

• Please credit Otter Half Costumes as the maker in social media posts! This helps me grow as a maker and I would greatly appreciate it!
• If you decide to sell a suit made by Otter Half Costumes, do not resell for higher than the amount you paid. Please let me know who the next owner will be.
