Please read entirely before commissioning Otter Half Costumes:

General

• Must be 18+ to commission.
• A digital reference sheet of your character is required.
• We do not do deadlines / rush orders.
• We have a cat, if you have allergies please keep this in mind.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the client does not follow the TOS.

Payment

• No refunds.
• All payments are through Paypal, from an invoice.
• We accept payment plans as long as a 30% deposit of the total cost is paid. Payment plans must be completed within 3 months. 
• If a commissioner ghosts / doesn’t respond / doesn’t complete payment we have full rights to alter the commission and sell it.

Shipping

• You are required to pay shipping fees. Shipping is calculated after the costume is made, so please account for that! All packages will have tracking and shipping insurance.
• Otter Half Costumes is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen products.

Repairs and Warranty

• Your commission will have a warranty of 6 months. This includes parts that break, seams that come undone, or any tears in fabric. You must pay shipping in order to receive free repairs. All parts must be clean before sending them in for repairs.

After Receiving

• Please credit Otter Half Costumes as the maker in social media posts! This helps me grow as a maker and I would greatly appreciate it!
